I asked if they do emergency/same day service and Darrow responded with a text and told me he can be there in a matter of minutes.A few moments later, the toilet has been repaired and I can now flush with utmost confidence!Extremely quick response, amazing workmanship and excellent follow up. I had a clog in my toilet that I was unable to fix. Hicks plumbing sent someone over to inspect it and quickly realized that it was an issue that my landlord would be required to fix rather than an outside contractor and didn't charge me since he was only there a couple of minutes. I am so immensely grateful! There are many companies that would've still charged me despite only being there about 2 minutes, but they didn't. Honest, kind, and professional!!

Darrell Hicks was available on a Sunday morning to help root out my main sewer drain. The night before we had sewege coming out in our bathtubs from backup. He is a gentlemen, and a thorough worker. Advised me on how I could save some money later by buying a product on Amazon for future root control. When and if I need work later , he is my man. Finally, the fee was very fair, and less that I expected on a weekend job, or weekeday job.
